It has just snowed. For the first time all year, the grass is covered in the white fluff that I love. It has an impeccable power, one that makes me forget all the miseries of the past weeks and laugh. Laugh and look up at the spiraling flakes. Does it have that power on us all?

The First Snow

Pinch me now you bastard, this dream is too good to be true!
Well, if you cant tell from the profile, or the picture, I'm an artist. Still amateur I am sure of it. A few days back, while aboard a long plane ride, I did a sketch of Robert Pattinson. Well the entire female population is made up of Twilight fangirls and a few fanboys. After a few people saw it, word got around and I made photocopies. I was quickly out of the first 22 and now I am busy printing more yet. I wish I had charge for those, but I quickly learned. Requests have been piling in and I am charging $5 apeice. Perhaps the need of a summer job will be disposed. This is on top of the two wall murals I was hired to paint a while back, hopefullly each job will get me a couple hundred bucks. I have never had a work ethic unless it is something I absoulutely love, or in simple words, I am lazy as hell unless its some form of art or writing. Now, I need money to replace things like my camera and a way to get around town. That is just a skateboard for now, I don't have the money to buy a car. Either way, these last few days have been amazing for me. Except for a single incedent, in which my art teacher told me that he couldn't teach me a whole lot more, as I seemed to know it and from here on in its just little things. That ruined my day.

A Quick Story, something I found rather entertaining.
This was a while back, but I figured I'd get it down, as I find the whole situation rather humorous. I saw the Twilight movie on its opening night with a large group of friends, all of whom were squealing. We enter the theater and buy popcorn, as usual. Then enter this insane line of preteen and teenage girls, all chattering excitedly. By insane line, I mean they had to set off a whole corridor of the theater just for that showing. Also, the news station was there, interviewing us. The girl who was interviewed before I was shoved in front of the camera had read the books twenty times. I gaped, astonished as she said this, full of pride. Where would someone get that much free time? Finally, the doors were opened and the line sprinted into the theater, fighting for the best seats next to friends. I was fighting off at least 50 frigging Edward Cullen fangirls for my seat. So I could sit next to two of my ten friends that went. It was completely chaotic, and when I sat down, watching the crowds shove each other for the best seats was perhaps more entertaining than the movie itself. You seriously would have thought Robert Pattinson was hidden among the seats and whoever got there first would claim him. Now thinking about that, that would have been hilarious. Either way, we all sit down to watch the film. Our whole theater manages to "awww", laugh, and shout right on cue. That is, until the scene where Edward tells Bella that she is his personal brand of herion in about the most stalkerish way physically possible. At that point, I cannot resist yelling out "creepin!". of course, it is just my luck that the theater is dead silent at that moment. Everyone around me bursts out laughing, including me. Of course, as we leave, it is the same problem as entering, except those 100 fangirls are texting and running into people.
